Huge differences in vacancy rates: Office market competition is escalating

Developer’s construction and yield rates still outpace the driblets of absorption being soaked up, suggesting that the Budapest office market’s vacancy indices will not return to healthy levels for a long time. The stronger ones will be able to survive, no problem. However, it’s the weaker ones that may permanently fade out during this lethal competition.
