Budapest office market closes record year in 2011 - BRF

The Q4 2011 office market report shows that the expected office building deliveries did in fact take place at the end of the year, and that the vacancy rate finally decreased markedly. This was facilitated primarily by a stagnating stock and the outstanding flexibility of the lease market.
