B-category isn't the bargain option either
Tuesday, 29 May 2007, 12:27 - REsource IngatlanInfóIt is still typically smaller, Hungarian-owned companies which can be relied on as renters of B-category office complexes as bigger and more successful enterprises are no longer satisfied with the standards offered there and, actually, neither are the smaller companies who care about their reputation. What is more, not even the money to be saved in rental fees encourages enterprises to move into these second class of buildings.
