Is the renaissance of the forint-based loan upon us?

The Behavior Codex, accepted by a significant majority of banks, came into effect in January. The Hungarian Central Bank (MNB) took preliminary, but concrete steps towards encouraging forint-based loans in February. As of March, the government will severely restrict foreign currency loans. All this news could lead us to the conclusion that this year will be the year that the forint-based loan revives. But would we be correct?
